  1. Dawn and I were sooooo thrilled to sample some of your great food a couple of weekends ago. We can hardly wait for the next time that we can visit. A big “thumbs up” for the food and the service.

  2. Would you all be interested in coming out for a large event in Carrollton? I’m trying to get some food trucks for Catalyst Dallas which is an annual event in the area. We’ll have about 3,200 hungry attendees all breaking for lunch at the same time. The dates we are looking at are Thursday, May 2 and Friday, May 3. We do the same event in Orange County and just had 15 food trucks that were all completely slammed with customers for over 2 hours.

  3. Planning a 16th birthday party for my daughter the evening of August 3rd, We are from South Florida originally and, as I’m sure you know, cuban cuisine is huge there. We really miss it! Anyway, we’re probably too far (Aledo) and our party is about 60 -70 people so we may be too small for you but if it’s al all possible would you let me know? suebdrew@sbcglobal.net. Thanks

  4. I had the opportunity to try your Ropa Vieja last evening at Taste of Dallas, where are you located or truck’s schedule?

    1. What time is your event on the 7th, we already have a daytime event for that day. Also we are booked Oct 12th all day. We are open Oct 26th and have more flexibilty in Nov. Please let us know if you have other dates that you would like us to loook at. We hope to work with you soon.

      Thanks,
      Onel and Pam Perez

    1. Hi Stacie,

We would love to talk with you further about scheduling a time to come out for lunch. We go to Stryker once a month and I believe we have some of your employees that follow us to that location. How nice to be able to bring lunch to them. I can be reached at 972-352-0943 or if you have specific dates in mind feel free to send those and I can check our availability. We look forward to coming out to FUNimation Entertainment.

      Warmly,
      Pam

  7. We would love to have your truck at our “Back to School Picnic” on October 1oth from 6-7:30! Are you guys available? I also left you a message. Thanks! Courtney

    1. Courtney,
We apologize for not responding earlier. We are available on 10/10 for your event. We left you a message, Please call us at your earliest convenience 972-352-0943.
      Thanks,
      Pam and Onel

    1. Hey Laura,
Sorry for the delayed response. Our Guava Tree Salad, which consists of mixed greens, jicama, avocado, mango, black beans(optional) crumbled queso and our truck-made guava vinaigrette is the only gluten free option at the time. Now with that said, we do not always carry that on the truck for all outings. If you would like, let us know when your thinking of visiting us(check our calendar under “where’s the guava tree”) and we would be happy to plan ahead for your visit. Please feel free to email us at theguavatreetruck@gmail.com with any other questions you might have. Take care and hope to see you soon!

  8. Hello, my husband Michael said he was your roommate. We would love to stop by for dinner one night.
